DMARC for business owners
DMARC is not software you buy — it is a short DNS record. It tells receivers: if mail “from us” does not match our allowed servers, put it in spam or reject it.
Three levels
- none — watch only (no real protection yet).
- quarantine — suspicious mail more often to spam.
- reject — forged senders are refused.
Order: monitor → align every real tool (Office, ESP, CRM) → tighten. Jumping to reject too early can block your own invoices.
